Benedict Cumberbatch looked suave on Monday at the UK premiere of his upcoming psychological thriller miniseries Eric at the Ham Yard Hotel, London.
The English actor, 47, wore a black zip-up jumper under a short black double-breasted coat which he left unbuttoned.
He also wore straight-legged black trousers and trainers with white soles, finishing his look with orange-tinted glasses.
Netflix series Eric follows Vincent, a puppeteer in 1980s New York whose nine-year-old son, Edgar, goes missing. Eric is the name of Vincent's seven-foot puppet he is convinced will help him locate Edgar.
Benedict was joined by a few members of the principal cast (L-R): McKinley Belcher III (Michael Ledroit), Gaby Hoffmann (Cassie Anderson), and Ivan Howe (Edgar).

Ivan looked cool in a black T-shirt, a sequinned black jacket, and a pair of light blue jeans with black shoes.
McKinley was dashing in a black suit with a white T-shirt and matching pocket square and a black pair of shiny shoes.
Gaby put on an eye-catching display in a brown chequered long-sleeved dress with a black belt and brown shoes.
Abi looked beautiful in a very bright long-sleeved silk shirt which she wore with a black jacket and black trousers.
Lucy rolled up the sleeves of a gorgeous white suit with an unique design which she paired with black heeled sandals.
The series' producer Lucy Dyke beamed in a white shirt as she attended with her husband of seven years Jason Manford.
Jason dressed in all black adding a splash of colour with his box-fresh trainers which were black, white, and grey.
Eric was created and written by Abi Morgan and directed by Lucy Forbes.
The series is a Netflix original, made in the UK, and was produced by Benedict along with Holly Pullinger, Jane Featherstone and Lucy Dyke.
Eric will premiere on Netflix UK on May 30.

Cannes is the world's biggest film festival, first conceived in 1939 as an alternative to the then-fascist-influenced Venice Film Festival.
